If you feel like you’d like to see more space in between two blocks, the spacer block is what you are looking for.
Get started by clicking the + Inserter icon 
at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select the Spacer Block from the blocks list
Let’s say you need more space between paragraphs or any blocks.
You can add a spacer, which will add a blank space to your page and you can adjust the height of the space by clicking on the cogwheel icon
Once you publish your post it will show as a blank space with no borders, just like you have hit enter a couple of times.
