You can insert reusable blocks that you have created in the web version of your site. Reusable blocks let you save a block or group of blocks to use later in any post or page on your site.
Creating and editing reusable blocks is not yet supported on the WordPress app. To learn more about how to create a reusable block in the web version of your site, visit our detailed instructions on reusable blocks.
To add a reusable block that you have already created, click on the + Inserter icon 
at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select the Reusable tab.
Click the block to add it to the post or page.
After inserting a reusable block, you can make changes to the block on that page or post only. To do this, click the ellipsis (three-dots) button for that icon and select Convert to regular blocks.
Please note the following limitations:

1. At this time, the reusable block is only available on WordPress.com sites.
2. If you open a post/page while the app is offline, you will not be able to insert or view reusable blocks. When the app goes back online, the reusable blocks will be refreshed and will be available.
