The Paragraph block is the default block type for text added to the editor. It is probably the block you will use most. You can write your content like a regular document and each paragraph will automatically be turned into a block behind the scenes.
To add a paragraph block you can simply start typing since it’s the default block when you put the cursor on the screen. You can also click on the plus (+) sign at the bottom left corner of the screen to display the block list
