Use the Embed block to insert content from other online services, like YouTube or Instagram, into the pages and posts of your site.
You can add the Embed block by clicking on the + Block Inserter icon 
at the bottom-left corner of the screen and searching for it. Alternatively, you can type /embed on a new line and press enter.

To embed content from another site, first obtain the URL (i.e. the link) for the content. You can then either:
- Paste it on a new line in an empty Paragraph block and it will automatically convert itself into the appropriate embed.
- Paste it in the text box of the Embed block.
