The Columns block allows you to insert text, media and other types of content into up to six columns. When used one after another, the columns create a grid effect.
Get started by clicking the + Inserter icon 
at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select the Columns Block from the blocks list
Once you add the block you will see the option to select the layout at the botton of the screen. You can slide to the right to see more options
