Creating an Audio block will allow you to embed a piece of music, podcast, or other sound file right into your page or post. Here’s how it looks:
Get started by clicking the + Inserter icon 
at the bottom-left corner of the screen and select the Audio block from the blocks list
When you add an Audio block, you get three options: Choose from device, WordPress Media Library, and Insert from URL.
WordPress.com sites using our free plan will only have the Insert from URL option.
Once you select the file you would like to add you can click on the cogwheel icon to select the block options. Please note the file name will not be displayed once you publish the page or post. Make sure you add the information about the file in the caption (Song Name, Podcast title, etc).
