Jetpack Stats provides data, bar charts and graphs to show you how many visits your site gets, which posts and pages are the most popular, and much more. To view your site’s stats, follow the steps below. To learn more about Jetpack Stats, please see this features page:
If you don’t have Jetpack installed…
- You’ll see a notice to install the Jetpack plugin when you tap Stats in the app. Tap Install Jetpack, then Continue.
- Once the plugin is installed, you’ll need to connect it to a WordPress.com account. Tap the Set up button. Then to complete the setup, tap Approve.
- Then tap Enable Site Stats.
If you have a WordPress.com site or a Jetpack site…
Go to My Site > Stats. You’ll see the stats for your site displayed.
I Can’t Access The Stats
For WordPress.com sites – Try logging out and logging back in. If your login details are correct, make sure you have sufficient privileges on the site to be able to view the stats.
For Jetpack sites – First, run your site through the Jetpack Debug tool and see if there are error messages. Follow the troubleshooting tips there to get Jetpack reconnected on your site. If the debugger comes back clean, follow the same WordPress.com steps above for checking login credentials and privileges.
For self-hosted sites – The app requires a site to be a WordPress.com site or a Jetpack site for stats to appear. If a site does not have Jetpack installed, you will not be able to access stats. This problem occurs with a site where the user has disconnected Jetpack but not logged out of their WordPress.com account.
