I Can’t Access The Stats

For WordPress.com sites – Try logging out and logging back in.  If your login details are correct, make sure you have sufficient privileges on the site to be able to view the stats.

For Jetpack sites – First, run your site through the Jetpack Debug tool and see if there are error messages. Follow the troubleshooting tips there to get Jetpack reconnected on your site.  If the debugger comes back clean, follow the same WordPress.com steps above for checking login credentials and privileges.

For self-hosted sites – The app requires a site to be a WordPress.com site or a Jetpack site for stats to appear.  If a site does not have Jetpack installed, you will not be able to access stats. This problem occurs with a site where the user has disconnected Jetpack but not logged out of their WordPress.com account.
