Exit the app, re-open it, and try to perform the actions causing difficulty (this will have the effect of adding troubleshooting details to the logs)
Go back to the Help & Support screen
Tap “Activity Logs”
Tap “Current”
Tap the share button in the top right and select “Copy”
Paste the log content to Help & Support > Contact Support to send to the app support. Please remember to include your site address and some information on the issue
On Android
Open the app

Tap “Help & Support”
Tap “Activity Logs”
