How do I send debug logs from the app?

On iOS

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the “Me” icon in the top navigation bar
  3. Tap “Help & Support”
  4. Enable “Extra Debug”
  5. Exit the app, re-open it, and try to perform the actions causing difficulty (this will have the effect of adding troubleshooting details to the logs)
  6. Go back to the Help & Support screen
  7. Tap “Activity Logs”
  8. Tap “Current”
  9. Tap the share button in the top right and select “Copy”
  10. Paste the log content to Help & Support > Contact Support to send to the app support. Please remember to include your site address and some information on the issue

On Android

  • Open the app
  • Tap the “Me” icon in the top navigation bar
  • Tap “Help & Support”
  • Tap “Activity Logs”
  • Tap the share button in the top right or select “Copy”
