Howdy, WordPress users! Version 4.7 of the WordPress for Android app is now available in the Google Play Store and it’s chock-full of new features and improvements!
New Stats Widget!
You can now get an update on your stats with a quick glance at your Home screen. The new Stats Widget shows your site’s views, visitors, likes, and comments for the current day — all without opening the app. Stats are automatically collected in the background every hour and are immediately updated whenever you download newer figures in the app.
Notifications list filter
Find the notifications you’re looking for, faster. The new filter bar lets you browse a single type of notification — like follows, comments, and more — which saves you time and scrolling.
Beta
Do you enjoy keeping up with what’s new in the app, testing stuff, and exploring new UI changes before anyone else? Our testers have access to beta versions with updates shipped directly through Google Play. The beta versions may have new features, new fixes — and possibly new bugs!
