WordPress For Android: Version 3.9

Version 3.9 of the WordPress for Android app is now available in the Google Play Store. Here’s a peek at the newest features and latest updates.

What’s new

Version 3.9 makes it easier than ever to add media to your posts, allows app language selection, and introduces two factor authentication support!

Two factor authentication. Do you have two factor authentication enabled on your WordPress account? Now it’s available in the WP for Android app. What’s more? Application passwords are no longer necessary!

Media improvements. Add media from your device or media library or capture on the fly, all from one convenient place.

Language selector. From Settings you can now select a supported language for the application. This selection will not affect the device default language. See here for a list of supported languages.
